Returns & Refunds

Return Process
To request a return or refund:

Refund Approval
Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), AK Trendnest will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
